General
Corporate Accounts - A Company account may be established. We do request a credit card to have on file. Invoices go out within three days after the order is placed. Any bill PAST DUE BY 60 DAYS, or more, will be placed on the credit card and will incur a $25.00 late fee.
Personal orders require payment by credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Granville Gift Basket reserves the right to substitute unavailable items for items of equal or greater value.
Shipping & Delivery
Basket orders by 10:00 a.m. will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day, unless a future delivery date is arranged. Same day delivery is available after 11:00 a.m.; however, a rush delivery fee may be incurred. During holiday periods processing time may take longer.
Residential deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Deliveries start at $4.50 for Granville. The delivery fee is $7.00 for the Newark/Heath areas. Outlying areas of Licking County may incur a $10.00 delivery fee to a $15.00 fee. Residential deliveries made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be left with a neighbor if possible and a door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location.
Re-delivery attempts or re-routed deliveries to corrected addresses: When no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made. You will be charged accordingly. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery charge is due to an incorrect address.
Commercial deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Fees are the same as the residential fees outlined above.
Special time deliveries will be quoted upon request.
Our preferred carrier is UPS. Most packages will arrive at their destination in 2-6 business days (Continental USA). Parcels range from $8.95 to $15.50 for regular ground service. All other requests for 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, will be quoted upon request. Our orders are shipped regular ground service unless otherwise requested. Penalty fees for incorrect addresses will be charged. Please allow the appropriate amount of time for the delivery of your order. If shipping internationally, please call for shipping costs. We cannot guarantee transit times with any carriers.
Return Policy
We make every effort to insure your Granville Gift Basket arrives in good condition. However, occasionally a basket must be returned due to damaged shipments. Damaged shipments must be reported to us immediately. Please return unopened basket (cellophane intact) in it's original packaging within 5 business days. Opened baskets will not receive credit or refund. You MUST obtain authorization prior to returning the basket by calling us at (740) 587-1160.
